Security Freeze Information

U.S. consumers may be able to request that a security freeze be placed on certain data maintained by LexisNexis® Risk Solutions. This may include some or all of the following: C.L.U.E.® reports, Current Carrier® reports, and RiskView™ reports. You may also subsequently release or temporarily lift a freeze at a later date. Any security freeze that you request will only apply to LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Please note that LexisNexis Risk Solutions is not a credit bureau. As of September 21, 2018, a federal law making it free to freeze and unfreeze your credit file with the credit bureaus went into effect. We do not have the ability to add a security freeze to your credit file with the credit bureaus.

To add a security freeze to your credit file, you must contact the individual credit bureaus. The three national credit bureaus are:
